Do our guests need to install anything?
No. They point their phone camera at the QR code on the table, the page opens in their browser, they pick photos and tap send. There is no app, no sign up and no password.
Can guests see the photos other people sent?
No. Guests can only send. The wall itself opens for you alone, from your dashboard or the private link we give you. Nobody can browse the collection by scanning the code.
What if someone sends something we don't want?
Open Moments in your dashboard and remove it. The photo disappears from the wall and is deleted from our server.
How long do you keep our photos?
Preview keeps them 7 days, Standard 60 days and Premium 180 days, counted from your wedding date rather than the day you sign up. We email you before anything expires, leave a grace period of 7 days after that, and you can extend by a month at any time for RM19.
Can we download everything afterwards?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. One button gives you every photo as a single album file, named by the guest who sent it. Do this before your storage window ends.
We have nikah, sanding and a reception. Do we pay three times?
No. Buy one package, then add each extra event for RM10. Every event gets its own QR code, its own wall and the same photo allowance as your package.
How many photos can we collect?
Preview holds 30, Standard 300 and Premium 800. In practice a wedding of 300 guests usually lands somewhere between 150 and 400 photos.
Does the venue need wifi?
Guests upload over their own mobile data, so the wall works anywhere with normal phone signal. The screen showing the live wall does need a connection, so check that before the day.
Will the photos lose quality?
We resize each upload so it stays sharp on a projector and in your album while keeping files light enough to send quickly over mobile data at a busy hall.
Can we change how the wall looks on the screen?
On Premium, yes. You pick between three looks for the big screen: scattered polaroids, a mosaic of tiles, or one photo at a time in cinema view. Preview and Standard walls use the polaroid toss.
How do we pay?
Through ToyyibPay, using FPX online banking, cards or digital wallets. It is a single payment, not a subscription, and nothing renews on its own.
